What would 20% more clicks change?

Images don’t need to shout.

They need to give the buyer a reason to pause. People respond quickly to what feels clear, ordered and worth a closer look.

The pause is where the numbers start.

Before an enquiry, there has to be a click. Before a viewing, someone has to care enough to leave the house and see the property in person.

So the images are not a small detail. They are the front door to the rest of the marketing.

If a listing gets 20% more clicks, the agent has more buyers entering the process, seeing the details, checking the floorplan and making enquiries. So more viewings are booked, giving more chances to find the right buyer. Basic maths I guess.

Better imagery continually compounds the marketing estate agents already pay for.

The portal cost does not change. The staff cost does not change. The valuation work has already happened. The listing is already live. But if more buyers stop and click, the whole system is boosted from the beginning.

Better property photography is not just about nicer pictures. It is about boosting the rest of your marketing before you spend any more money on it.
